I offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions based around your individual needs and goals.

If you need some motivation to exercise (because becoming a mother is exhausting!) or want a little guidance as to how to workout safely, before and after birth, then I can help you. I understand how hard it is to fit exercise in when you have children and busy lives.

If you would like more information or have any questions do get in touch. Please contact me before booking for the first time. The minimum purchase of all 1:1 packages initially is 10 sessions. Thereafter blocks of either 5 or 10 can be bought.I offer 1:1 Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman 6 or 12 week packages.

The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to bring you ‘back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus. Alongside our sessions you also have eternal access to homework videos to do in between sessions. For more information please click here

I also offer other Holistic Core Restore® programmes such as Diastasis Recti healing, C- section recovery and hysterectomy and prolapse recovery.

A Pre-screening questionnaire will need to be completed prior to purchasing sessions for the first time, to check both parties are happy to move forward.

*24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited.
