In the HCR ‘Heat’ programme, we’ve finally nailed exercise for fat loss that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’!  It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.  Once you’ve gone through the ‘Every Woman’ programme, ‘Heat’ is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health.  Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE.  You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

 Class dates:

The class runs in 6 week blocks. The first 6 weeks are as follows:

Sept 10th, Sept 17th, Sept 24th, Oct 1st, Oct 8th and Oct 15th

As it’s a new class the first block will be a trial to see if there is enough interest. Please do sign up if you would like the class to run continually.

There are  limited spaces so please get in touch if you are interested. A screening form must be filled out before signing up for this course. If you have completed the Everywoman course you will be ready for this class. If you have not been through the HCR Everywoman programme I would love to welcome you once the form is complete to check the course is appropriate for you.

Kit= Resistance band, resistance band with handles, loop band, pilates ball and massage ball.

Who is this programme for?

  • Those who have completed at least one course of the 6-12 Week Every Woman Foundation programme.
  • If you know your pelvic floor and core is strong enough for movement and after completing the health screening Nikki agrees it is appropriate for you.
  • Have you experienced the odd leak when jumping, running, laughing or sneezing and know that that’s a sign that you need to take control of your Pelvic Health?
  • You want to know how to exercise to improve your Fat Loss with respect to your Pelvic Health status ie., without huge impact/load/force going through the Pelvic Floor and Core.
  • You want to know how to move dynamically and safely FOR LIFE!
  • Are you ready to prioritize this area of your health and learn ESSENTIAL skills to last you a lifetime?
  • Are you a woman  who wants to know more about Pelvic Floor fat loss, Core and overall health?
  • You want to learn the importance of food for not only fat loss but nourishing your deep health?
  • Have you seen a clinician about a low level Prolapse and been told to ‘do your Pelvic Floor exercises’ and you need to know how to exercise appropriately.
  • Are you ready to learn the importance of ‘rest’ and ‘self-care’ as part of your wellness journey?

So, how does it work?

  • You will have already completed at least one course of the 6-12 Week Every Woman Foundation programme so your coach will have a deep knowledge of your needs and abilities so…..
  • You’ll be all set to attend for your first session where you’ll receive your 10 steps to female fat loss, hormonal balance and healing booklet.
  • This class runs for 6 weeks and you will meet with your Coach once per week.
  • This programme is usually taught as a group exercise class with other women with cool music and lots of motivation from your Coach to get you fitter, faster in a TOTALLY Pelvic Floor-Friendly style that will truly prepare you for the life you lead.
  • You will have the option of joining a closed Facebook group for support with recipe ideas and added exercises to do at home.

Frequently asked questions

  • What if I can’t make a session?

    Sometimes life happens and you might not be able to make one of the sessions. Unfortunately these classes are non transferable so no refunds can be given. Exercises will be posted in the Facebook group for you to do in between sessions.

  • Is there parking?

    The community Centre has it’s own car park for around 12 cars and also has an overflow car park a little further down the road for another 20. There is also some road side parking too.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Please bring a mat with you and some water. Your kit will be provided for the classes however if you would like to continue to workout at home you can purchase a kit from me for £15.

    If you have completed the Everywoman programme you will know it’s preferable that we workout in bare feet.

  • Do I need to be fit?

    This class will be suitable for all levels of fitness as there will be different options to choose from. The point of the class is to get you fit!
