In the HCR ‘Heat’ programme, we’ve finally nailed exercise for fat loss that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’!  It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.  Once you’ve gone through the ‘Every Woman’ programme, ‘Heat’ is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health.  Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE.  You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

There are  limited spaces and the class is often full, so please get in touch if you are interested. There is a waiting list if you miss out on a space so please do get in touch. A screening form must be filled out before signing up for this course. If you have completed the Everywoman course you will be ready for this class. If you have not been through the HCR Everywoman programme I would love to welcome you once the form is complete to check the course is appropriate for you.

Who is this programme for?

  • Those who have completed at least one course of the 6-12 Week Every Woman Foundation programme.
  • If you know your pelvic floor and core is strong enough for movement and after completing the health screening Nikki agrees it is appropriate for you.
  • Have you experienced the odd leak when jumping, running, laughing or sneezing and know that that’s a sign that you need to take control of your Pelvic Health?
  • You want to know how to exercise to improve your Fat Loss with respect to your Pelvic Health status ie., without huge impact/load/force going through the Pelvic Floor and Core.
  • You want to know how to move dynamically and safely FOR LIFE!
  • Are you ready to prioritize this area of your health and learn ESSENTIAL skills to last you a lifetime?
  • Are you a woman  who wants to know more about Pelvic Floor fat loss, Core and overall health?
  • You want to learn the importance of food for not only fat loss but nourishing your deep health?
  • Have you seen a clinician about a low level Prolapse and been told to ‘do your Pelvic Floor exercises’ and you need to know how to exercise appropriately.
  • Are you ready to learn the importance of ‘rest’ and ‘self-care’ as part of your wellness journey?

So, how does it work?

  • You will have already completed at least one course of the 6-12 Week Every Woman Foundation programme so your coach will have a deep knowledge of your needs and abilities so…..
  • You’ll be all set to attend for your first session where Nikki will go through all the basics.
  • This class runs for 6/ 7 weeks and you will meet with your Coach once per week.
    • This programme is usually taught as a group exercise class with other women with cool music and lots of motivation from Nikki to get you fitter, faster in a TOTALLY Pelvic Floor-Friendly style that will truly prepare you for the life you lead.

  • You will have the option of joining a closed Facebook group for support with recipe ideas and added exercises to do at home.

Frequently asked questions

  • What if I can’t make a session?

    Sometimes life happens and you might not be able to make one of the sessions. Please give 24 hours notice for a class credit to use for another class, another time.

  • Is there parking?

    Storey’s Field Centre: The community centre has on street parking but you must get a ticket (first hour is free) through the App Just Park. You can also park in the park and ride on Madingley Road and walk the short distance to the centre.

    Home Studio Girton: You can park on my driveway and there is plenty of free on street parking.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Please bring a mat with you. I will provide you with a long resistance band, a loop band and a pilates ball for the class, but if you have your own please bring them, with some water.  If you don’t have any kit and would like your own you can purchase a kit from me for £25.

    If you have completed the Everywoman programme you will know it’s preferable that we workout in bare feet.

  • Do I need to be fit?

    This class will be suitable for all levels of fitness as there will be different options to choose from. The point of the class is to get you fit whatever your starting place.
