Everywoman is a 6-12 week educational programme that focuses on the pelvic floor and core by addressing movement, nutrition, bladder and bowel health and women’s wellness .

Our UNIQUE AND GROUND-BREAKING 6-12 Week ‘Every Woman’ programme truly is a gift that keeps giving and one that EVERY WOMAN should give herself at least once in her lifetime!

Enjoy 6-12 weeks of education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core, Nutrition and women’s fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you’re in. The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.

Weeks 7-12 are optional and all delivered online. You continue with your home workouts which progress further over the 6 weeks. You can also be part of the WhatsApp group to  receive support and extras throughout the 6 weeks.

Who is this programme for?

  • Are you a woman who wants to know more about her Pelvic Floor, Core and overall health?

  • Do you have a small Rectus Diastasis (Tummy Gap) that you want to heal?
  • Do you have ‘lower back pain’ issues that you’ve been told is due to a ‘weak Core’?
  • Do you want a better looking belly but know it’s an inside out job so need to go deeper and work smarter than just doing ‘sit-ups’?
  • Are you ready to prioritize this area of your health and learn ESSENTIAL skills to last you a lifetime?
  • You want to learn the importance of food for not only fat loss but nourishing your deep health?
  • Have you seen a clinician about a low level Prolapse and been told to ‘do your Pelvic Floor exercises’ as part of your management strategy?

So, how does it work?

  • On application to Nikki to join the programme, you’ll be asked to complete our HCR Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this ‘conservative’ exercise-based programme is right for you or whether you need clinical attention.  If you’re a great fit…..
  • You’ll then speak with Nikki and go through a hands-on Pre-Screening so the programme can truly be tailored to your needs.
  • You’ll then be all set to attend for your first session where you’ll receive your HCR Client Education Booklet and the items of fitness kit required for the course.
  • You’ll receive your login details for the HCR Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view your additional filmed homework and healing education film and colour recipe booklet.  Both homework and following the HCR Healing Nutrition Principles are an essential part of the puzzle and when followed will truly improve your results and the value you derive from the programme.  Nikki will guide you through these principles to help you find simple ways for you to make a big difference to how you support your health via eating ‘just real food’.
  • This programme runs for 6-12weeks and you will meet with Nikki once per week for 6 weeks and complete your online homework, which is approximately 20 mins in duration, guided by Jenny Burrell, the programme creator, a further  3-4 times throughout your week.
  • Weeks 7-12 are solely online and optional although come highly recommended.  You will continue to receive homework videos from Jenny with an added online workout from Nikki. Support will continue throughout.
  • The Homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the 6-12 weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.
  • You can follow this programme either live as part of a small group of women or 1-1 with Nikki.

1:1 Everywoman Sessions

If you are interested in doing Holistic Core Restore® as a 1:1 please get in touch before booking. These sessions take place from my studio in Girton. The course is a 6-12 week programme, but you will start with an assessment session additional to the 6-12 weeks. This is included in the cost. In this additional session we will go through your health screening form. Your posture will be checked along with your breathing and your core function. We then work together to focus on your individual needs. You will receive everything required for the course and access to the online portal where you will need to complete your homework videos in between sessions.

Frequently asked questions

  • What if I can’t make a session?

    Sometimes life happens and you might not be able to make one of the sessions. Arrangements can be made for the material missed to be sent to you. You will have constant contact and support from Nikki throughout the course to keep you on track through a Whats App or Facebook group

  • Can I bring my children?

    There will be some courses where mothers can bring their babies. Please contact us if you would be interested to hear about the next mother and baby Everywoman course in Cambridge.

  • What do I need to bring?

    As we exercise in the session it is best to wear your workout clothes. We will exercise in barefoot. You will be given your educational booklet and kit bag in the first class that you will then need for each session.

  • Is there parking?

    There are plenty of places to park in the car park or road side.
