A workshop for ALL women to learn about their pelvic floor and core.
The morning will include a talk from women's health physio Tara Scott, a resistance based movement session with Maria Dean focusing on pelvic floor and core health and a Rel-ease® session including gentle movement and myofascial release techniques to encourage you to let go with Nikki Baring. It will take place in the beautiful space at Storey's Field Centre

What is it all about?
A workshop for ALL women. Maybe you have carried a child recently or many years ago, are going through peri-menopause or are post menopausal and noticing changes in your body. Perhaps you are an athlete who does lots of high impact sports and would like to learn more about how to care for your pelvic floor and core.
This is also a workshop for those who have Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman on their wish list and you want to find out whether it’s right for you, or maybe you have taken a HCR course previously, but it’s been a while and you want a refresher on the whats and hows and a little nudge to focus on your pelvic floor and core health again.
The workshop will include a talk led by women’s health physiotherapist Tara Scott, a resistance based movement session focusing on the pelvic floor and core led by Maria Dean. The workshop will come to a relaxing finish with a rel-ease® session led by Nikki Baring, taking you through simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.
